About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Hilti North America. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales progress
  • Represent Hilti North America in the marketplace, demonstrating our products and services to customers

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude, with ability to demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
