About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Hilti North America. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the energy and industry sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales progress
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
