Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the necessary workforce levels, with a focus on W-2 employees.
  • Handle vendor relations to meet headcount goals through effective onboarding of 1099 contractors.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across various internal departments and service partners.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as appreciation programs.
  • Engage with clients to provide essential feedback and information.
  • Lead and mentor team members, including technicians and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conduct field safety assessments and quality control checks in line with company standards.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to prevent escalations.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and support.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of acceptable driving history.
  • At least three years of experience in telecommunications management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • High level of initiative and commitment to fostering positive change.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Weekly payment schedule.
