Job Title: Senior Partner Product Marketing Manager

Sumo Logic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive partner engagement and sales enablement for our Sumo Logic Security portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop partner marketing plans through deep engagement with product management, sales, and other marketing teams.
  • Design and develop partner-facing sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, benchmarks, blogs, white papers, videos, and field training courses.
  • Support customer meetings and training, delivering enablement to sales, sales engineering, and partners.
  • Develop competitive assessments and creative collateral to position Sumo Logic uniquely in the minds of security practitioners.
  • Evanlize Sumo Logic security in ecosystem/partnering activities, driving integrated campaigns with other businesses and teams across internal and partner ecosystems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, partner marketing, product marketing, or sales engineering/technical marketing roles with a complex SaaS offering geared to a DevOps audience and product slant.
  • Knowledge of the cloud, infrastructure, and observability ecosystems, specifically AWS.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, cloud security, and threat detection.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to evangelize how Sumo Logic excels at offerings for various IT operations personas both internally and externally.
  • Highly technical to independently develop demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, ROI/value-oriented assessments, etc.
  • Highly collaborative work style to learn from others and build upon their ideas.
  • Passion for driving product innovation and effectively communicating cross-functionally within Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Curiosity to learn the intricacies of Sumo Logic's business and adapt past experiences to Sumo Logic's current opportunities.
  • Technical undergraduate degree.

Employees will be responsible for complying with applicable federal privacy laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies related to data protection.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $161,000 - $218,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including role level, skills, and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
