Partner Marketing Manager

First Western Trust is seeking a skilled Partner Marketing Manager to drive co-branded campaigns, lead generation, and partner enablement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement partner marketing plans that drive co-branded campaigns and lead generation.
  • Coordinate and manage joint events, webinars, case studies, and content creation with partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align partner marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Create partner-focused marketing materials such as brochures, product guides, training documents, and email campaigns.
  • Deliver partner enablement tools and resources to help them effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales.
  • Maintain a partner marketing calendar to track campaigns and key milestones.
  • Design and manage joint marketing campaigns, ensuring they are fully integrated and optimized for performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Use metrics to measure campaign ROI and partner engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing, sales, and business development to create integrated partner marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and joint marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000/YR
