- Analysis and Improvement: Analyze recurring maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team to develop proactive solutions.
- Vendor Management: Ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, deliver high-quality services, and represent the owners' best interests.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess the overall condition and identify maintenance needs, providing regular property condition reports to owners.
- Communication and Collaboration: Manage all building-wide communication with tenants, inform them of important notices and updates regarding the property, and coordinate key access to vendors and technicians.
- Experience: 3 years prior experience working in Property Management and 2+ years prior experience in a demanding role managing emails, databases, and time-sensitive tasks.
- Skills: Keen eye for spotting and diagnosing maintenance issues, ability to quantify the problem, and general knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to provide excellent customer service while working under pressure, maintain a positive and productive relationship with contractors and tenants, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
