About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events, menus, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
