Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Compliance Auditor will operate in a remote capacity and is integral to our client's global security framework that safeguards, supports, and empowers their operations. You will be part of an international audit team tasked with overseeing a compliance initiative alongside a group of auditors, executing Supply Chain Security evaluations for a worldwide client base. The audit team is responsible for pinpointing vulnerabilities and fostering ongoing enhancements in essential supplier processes related to physical security, logistics, technology, cost efficiency, and sustainability practices. This role entails conducting both virtual and in-person audits, necessitating considerable global travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold Pinkerton's fundamental values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Report directly to the Global Supply Chain Security Audit Lead.
  • Collaborate with the broader Global Supply Chain Security and Global Security and Resilience Teams.
  • Serve as the Lead Auditor to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate risk mitigations, and promote security enhancements among partners and within the global supply chain security framework.
  • Perform thorough document reviews to assess compliance with respective partners.
  • Prepare for audits and manage scheduling within stringent timelines.
  • Conduct both global virtual and onsite audits to fulfill client specifications.
  • Assist partner compliance teams to facilitate a seamless certification process.
  • Generate objective, accurate, and constructive audit reports.
  • Work in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 19011, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company and site information and technology systems pertinent to your role.
  • Adhere to all company and site IT policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs and contribute to standards meetings to ensure process uniformity.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations as directed by the company.
  • Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as requested by Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations and the client.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of three years of corporate-level auditing, corporate report writing, and compliance experience is essential, along with proven expertise in ISO auditing principles.   • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular use of computers.
  • Occasional lifting of small objects and operation of office equipment.
  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distant vision.
  • Travel requirements may exceed 25%.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is $100,000. Benefit options include employer-paid life and AD&D insurance, voluntary life and AD&D, medical coverage (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), dental and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off (including vacation, personal, sick days, and holidays), and various employee assistance programs.
