Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Admiral Defunct. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states).
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable and positive attitude, with a knack for making people feel welcome.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
