As a Member Frontline Cashier at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be responsible for operating the front-end equipment, processing member purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized area. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to members
• Process member purchases accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized area, including the self-checkout area
• Provide guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
