The Division of Rehabilitation Psychology within the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at a leading academic medical center is looking for a dedicated Pain Psychologist to collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. This team includes internal medicine doctors, physical and occupational therapists, a nurse practitioner, social worker, and case manager.

We are in search of a rehabilitation or health psychologist who possesses a strong background in managing chronic pain, along with exceptional skills in both assessment and therapeutic interventions. Candidates with leadership experience are particularly encouraged to apply, as this position offers opportunities for program development and administrative responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:
  • Completion of an APA accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology, along with an APA accredited internship.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Rehabilitation Psychology or Health Psychology.
  • A strong interest in contributing to an academic medical environment.
