Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in crisis, including field visits and written assessments of risk and capacity.
- Develop and implement case plans to address substantiated allegations, working closely with elders, their supports, and community professionals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in a related field, or Master's degree with one year of experience.
- Prior experience in counseling, case management, crisis intervention, elder services, investigations, or other related employment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and sound judgment.
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and safe driving record.
