About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at HealthTrackRx. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading our charge towards next-day test results, enabling physicians to diagnose and treat infections faster than ever.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sample preparation, DNA extraction, and PCR processes with precision and accuracy.
  • Expertly handle manual and electronic pipetting of small sample volumes, ensuring minimal contamination and maximum efficiency.
  • Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including the Hamilton Vantage, KingFisher Flex, VeritiPro, and QuantStudio 12K and 5, to drive innovation and excellence in molecular laboratory techniques.
  • Collaborate with laboratory management and your team to maintain productivity, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Overnight availability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring timely results.
  • 1-year high-complexity clinical laboratory experience, preferred, unless required by the state in which the laboratory is located.
  • Broad understanding of sterile technique, contamination control, and unidirectional workflow necessary for a PCR lab.
  • Prior knowledge of molecular laboratory techniques and processes, including but not limited to micropipette.
  • ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, preferred.
