Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Claims Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the daily functions of the claims department. This position is designed to assist various sub-departments within Claims Operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Digitally archive claims and relevant documents into Laserfiche

• Aid in the preparation for audits

• Serve as a backup for the mailroom operations

• Provide support to claims processors as needed

• Assist in drafting and distributing correspondence

• Comply with organizational policies and procedures

• Foster a collaborative and understanding environment among all staff

• Uphold production standards set by claims management.

Essential Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent organizational capabilities.

· Proficient computer skills.

· Adaptability in a high-volume work environment.
