Trigent Software is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Claims Processing: Review and resolve claim edits in the billing scrubber for all government and non-government payers.
- Claim Submission: Submit claims within 48-72 hours of creation date.
- Rebill Requests: Coordinate rebill requests from internal departments, including Compliance, Collections, Audit, Customer Service, and HIM.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between Revenue Cycle areas and the billing agency to resolve problematic claim edits.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years' experience in medical insurance billing, preferably in facility billing.
- Soarian Financials: Experience with Soarian Financials is required.
- Billing and Coding Guidelines: Strong understanding of billing and coding regulations for government and non-government payers.
- Claim Resolution: Ability to review and resolve claim edits efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple internal departments.
- Competitive Pay: 19 to 23.04 dollars per hour.
- Remote Work Options: Remote work options available for local candidates in CA location.
