Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing focused ongoing support to the North American field sales organization. This role involves managing equipment placement processes, generating ad hoc analysis and reports, and maintaining territory and account assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment placement process to ensure proper approvals and releases for processing in ASI
  • Generate ad hoc analysis and reports on various sales associate and customer information
  • Maintain territory and account assignments in ASI and sales structure to ensure accurate sales performance tracking
  • Partner with field sales organization to execute requirements of Parker's programs and analyze customer orders and spend data to make recommendations
  • Research and resolve commission discrepancies and assist with National Account implementation efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of previous sales operations experience. You must have knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate an annual salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
