Position Summary
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the hospital environment. This role aims to enhance the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensuring effective communication with both clients and associates while coordinating care in a friendly and efficient manner. The CSC plays a vital role in encouraging clients to return and refer others.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody and promote the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within your team.
- Actively attract new clients by showcasing hospital services and managing the flow of clients and pets to guarantee exceptional client care and optimize the veterinary team's productivity.
- Increase the number of pets attended to by the hospital team through efficient operations that cater to our wellness plan clients.
Client Interaction
- Deliver professional, efficient, and outstanding service consistently.
- Welcome clients and their pets, ensuring their comfort and educating them about their pets' health needs.
- Inform clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
Administrative Duties
- Assist incoming clients by completing necessary documentation and entering pet information accurately into the system, ensuring proper identification.
- Support outgoing clients by providing essential instructions, information, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial records and follow proper opening and closing procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
