Job Overview

As a key member of the Aramark Corporate functional staff, the Human Resources Manager will provide HR generalist support for various COE teams. This role is responsible for managing and administering several imperative HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee issues, provide follow-up and recommendations for corporate COE's, including hotline calls response, investigation, and corrective action/performance management consulting.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including engagement action plans and corporate engagement activities.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership programs.
  • Provide HR metrics reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with benefits and payroll administration as needed.
  • Develop and implement on-boarding programs and initiatives.

Requirements
  • HR/SPHR certification is preferred, with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience in human resources planning and organizational development is desired.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent is ideal.
  • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development, is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of management are essential.
  • Ability to train and make presentations is also required.
  • Solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical/problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must take initiative to improve processes as needed.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
