Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Specialist to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement building automation systems, including control systems, HVAC, and lighting controls.
  • Install and commission building automation systems, ensuring proper operation and functionality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building automation systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of building automation systems.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions, reducing energy consumption and costs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in building automation, control systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems, including control systems, HVAC, and lighting controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
