Position Overview:

As a Social Media Community Strategist, you will oversee and implement social media initiatives across various platforms, ensuring that all content reflects the brand's voice and messaging. Your role will involve managing the community's content, taking charge of the content schedule, crafting and sharing posts, interacting with the audience, and conducting social listening to keep abreast of trends and customer insights. This position will involve a balanced focus on community management and customer service, addressing inquiries and feedback from the community.

Key Requirement: A significant qualifier for this role is prior experience managing one or two major retail brands in a community management capacity.

Salary Information: The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update a content calendar, generate copy, and design post visuals.
  • Manage daily community interactions across platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Publish content, track social channels, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Implement strategic social media tasks, including community engagement and social listening.
  • Quickly adapt to emerging trends and provide relevant feedback.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Social Media Management, Community Management, or Customer Service.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with larger brands, particularly in high-volume retail environments.
  • Strong proficiency across all social media platforms with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in proactively managing social media duties and staying informed about trending topics.
