Personal Lines Service Representative

Harrison Gray Search and Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Personal Lines department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Production Support
- Collaborate with agents, account executives, and account managers to complete applications and submit them to eligible carriers.
- Prepare proposals and renewal summaries to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Maintain our agency management system with up-to-date and accurate data to ensure seamless operations.
- Administer processing and suspense of new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsement requests to meet client needs.
- Prepare certificates, binders, surety bonds, and general correspondence to support client relationships.
- Complete MVR requests and trucking certificates according to scheduled rotation to ensure compliance.
- Administer change requests and endorsements to ensure timely and accurate processing.

- Organize tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Make decisions on a variety of tasks frequently requiring discretion, judgment, and initiative guided by general procedures or standards.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly and effectively to provide excellent customer service.
- Perform basic office functions including emailing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing to support team operations.

- Deliver exceptional customer service according to Customer Service Standards with a goal of exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.
- Promote a customer-focused environment by providing friendly, courteous, and helpful service to internal and external customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support a team-oriented environment by interacting in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner with all employees, clients, customers, and/or vendors.
- Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Work experience required to perform this job satisfactorily is typically acquired through a minimum of one-year insurance industry experience in personal lines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to document and access information.
- Ability to follow existing processes, procedures, and verbal instruction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, accurately, efficiently, and independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- License and Certification Requirements
- Current licensure or ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary granted by the State of Wisconsin.
