Key Responsibilities:
Project/Business Management:
Oversee the Service Profit and Loss for designated branch(es). Anticipate staffing needs.
Effectively prioritize customer inquiries and guide dispatch accordingly.
Ensure adherence to customer requirements and timely completion of service calls.
Approve work orders and ensure compliance with customer protocols.
Analyze dashboards and financial reports, taking necessary actions.
Supervise the procurement of parts and supplies.
Maintain communication with clients to meet their expectations.
Address issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain fleet, parts, and materials inventory, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

People Management:
Communicate company objectives, set expectations, and hold the team accountable for outcomes.
Provide leadership, foster a collaborative team environment, and recognize team achievements.
Conduct interviews, select, hire, and oversee the onboarding of supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of technicians based on skill set, location, and service demand.
Manage performance and deliver training, coaching, and feedback to Supervisors, Team Leads, and Technicians.
Utilize metrics to drive accountability and performance.
Ensure compliance with Service policies and procedures, including eSo, refrigerant tracking, time and attendance, etc.
Promote the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe practices among all employees.
Ensure customer service and work quality meet client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications:
Project/Business Management:
High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school; a college degree is advantageous. 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related field.

Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and the various disciplines involved in the area of responsibility.

Proficient in managing Profit and Loss statements. Demonstrated business acumen. Skilled in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and exhibiting strong organizational capabilities.

Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment are essential.
Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.

Strong customer service aptitude, with the ability to proactively address client concerns and foster robust working relationships.

Knowledge of job site safety, with the ability to oversee work activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Ability to comprehend and adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable State and Federal laws. Proficient in using standard business tools, including E-Mail, Word, Excel, Work Order/Dispatch Software, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
A good driving record is required.

People Management:
5+ years of experience in people management. Strong leadership skills, with proven experience managing a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce. Proficient in coaching, training, and developing team members.
Skilled in time management, delegation of tasks, and ensuring positive outcomes.
