About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the HVAC dehumidification industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings
  • Carry out meetings directly with building owners, contractors, and engineers to educate them on the value proposition of our products
  • Manage a book of business of roughly $4.5-7.5 million in revenue annually
  • Utilize a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for specific markets and customer segments
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the HVAC industry
  • Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present product solutions
  • Experience educating customers on value proposition
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with high-level corporations
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
