Daily responsibilities include:

  • Addressing various IT support inquiries from staff members.
  • Providing assistance with questions related to computer systems.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Modifying configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve technical problems.
  • Diagnosing issues related to computers, printers, and hardware devices.
  • Facilitating sign-ins for new employees during onboarding.
  • Installing and updating software, hardware drivers, and existing systems.
  • Documenting all service requests and keeping employees informed about their status.
  • Supporting and resolving network and hardware challenges.
  • Offering support for Windows OS and assisting with PC and laptop hardware.

Qualifications we seek:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree in computer science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical training in help desk support or as a support technician.
  • Strong knowledge of common software, hardware, and applications.
