Media Activation Specialist

As a Supervisor, Out of Home at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the OOH team and media investment, including traditional, non-traditional, and experiential media. You will negotiate, place, and maintain all buys across the account list, while developing custom strategies for clients that utilize the various products and solutions across the PMX portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement custom strategies for clients to leverage PMX's portfolio of products and solutions.
- Drive close quarters conversations with agencies and clients regarding upcoming Upfronts, Annual Planning, RFPs, and strategic positioning of PMX within the online and traditional media landscape.
- Strengthen industry presence and network by participating in ongoing industry events and identifying opportunities for PMX representatives to attend.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop proposals, prepare for client meetings, and drive feedback sessions.
- Contribute to the overall development of PMX, Precision, and Apex's offerings and participate as a thought leader in regards to client and industry perceptions of existing products and technology.
- Develop and enhance agency and client strategies best practices and share across the organization.
- Play a role alongside senior sales management in driving the tactical and strategic direction of the sales department.
- Create the positioning of PMX in the marketplace within new business and existing clients, as well as the broader Publicis Groupe organization.
- Survey, select, and create plans that utilize PMX's best-performing products.
- Inform new product creation based on client and consumer demand.
- Build and deploy a go-to-market strategy for PMX's various investment tools, including new acquisitions into Publicis.
- Maintain the look, feel, design, and consistency of the PMX story for internal and external communications.
- Lead a team of marketing and sales strategists responsible for delivering the above within the sub-departments of PMX.
- 3-4+ years of OOH planning and buying experience.
- Strong understanding of the OOH industry and key vendors across large and small markets.
- Knowledge of OOH media metrics and use of planning tools, including Telmar, SQAD, and Geopath.
- Experience speaking and presenting to clients directly.
- Experience managing and training entry-level staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
