Vuori, Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Floor Lead to join our team in California. In this role, you will lead the sales team by example, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting Vuori's brand values.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment. You will work closely with our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain high standards in retail sales and customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
  • Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.
Qualifications
  • Able to work morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
