Trexquant Investment is a prominent systematic fund manager driving innovation with a core team of accomplished technologists. We leverage a diverse array of statistical and machine learning techniques to build investment portfolios and trade our client assets in global equity and futures markets. Our global team, comprising over 50 employees, primarily consists of research professionals with advanced science, math, and technology degrees.

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven campus recruiter to energize our recruiting efforts and staff the company with top technical, research, and corporate talent to meet our aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop a strategy to attract, retain, and source top talent in a highly competitive environment.
  • Coordinate recruiting resources and technology to enhance the hiring process.
  • Participate in the recruiting process of candidates and help develop processes and tools for our team of recruiters.
  • Liaise with university career centers and technology platforms to identify and attract academic candidates.
  • Promote and raise awareness of Trexquant Investment at schools, online, and elsewhere to attract top talent through marketing and automated efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a campus recruiter role, ideally cultivating technical or financial quant talent in an automated environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technology field.
  • Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with technologists.
  • Self-starter able to work in an unstructured environment with shifting priorities.
