Shift Details: 1st Shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

As a Customer Service Representative II, your primary responsibility will be to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. You will collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we fulfill our promises and exceed customer expectations at every stage of their journey. To excel in this position, you must be adept at multitasking and providing solutions that advance multiple projects towards completion. As a valued member of the GXO team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver daily freight solutions to our global clientele.

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and business partners through phone and email communication
  • Address customer complaints in a composed and professional manner
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues or concerns
  • Track the progress of delivery routes
  • Scan haul-away pods and confirm stamps
  • Process modifications or cancellations of delivery orders
Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related software
  • Experience in a call center setting
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • The capacity to perform well under pressure while delivering solutions that surpass customer expectations
