We recognize that our success is intertwined with the well-being of our staff, which starts with selecting the right clinic supervisor.
Key Objectives:
Direct, manage, and coordinate health services within PRIME's onsite or offsite clinics, managed care entities, public health organizations, or similar establishments.
Guarantee that the PRIME clinic operates in accordance with established policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
Provide leadership and clarity for clinic operations.
Recruit, mentor, and instruct staff on best practices to ensure efficient clinic functioning.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations
Manage financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, expenditure tracking, service rates, and financial reporting
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff
Ensure the clinic is adequately staffed and implement effective work schedules
Travel may be required
Overtime and holiday work may be necessary
Additional duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
Administrative and managerial expertise
Strong customer service orientation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethics and cultural sensitivity
Problem-solving aptitude and comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations
Advanced understanding of occupational medicine or clinical environments, with a willingness to learn new technical systems as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in health information management, business, or a related field
Demonstrated success in a medical clinic or department
Resourceful mindset with keen attention to detail
Experience in supervisory roles
Familiarity with local, state, and national employment laws and regulations
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
Frequent repetitive motions and extensive use of computers and keyboards are required. Significant wrist, hand, and finger movements are involved.
Close visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as data analysis, transcription, computer use, and extensive reading. Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, necessitating proficiency with standard office equipment.
Must be capable of lifting and carrying small parcels, walking short distances, and driving to transport materials.
Cognitive Requirements:
Ability to learn new tasks, retain processes, maintain focus, independently complete tasks, and make timely decisions within a workflow context. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and visitors, and the ability to meet productivity quotas is necessary.
