As a Global Account Director at The Judge Group, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships in our Life Sciences industry portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with C-Level, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources, and VP/Director-level contacts.
- Develop and execute account strategies and plans to drive YOY account growth and cross-selling services from all Judge lines of business.
- Present the Judge brand and services via in-person presentations and meetings, client events, and on-line presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating and sharing expertise and thought leadership in the Life Sciences industries, current trends, and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close opportunities.
- Ensure growth by monitoring delivery in accordance with contractual SLAs, in concert with all regional staff.
- 20+ years of IT and Business solutions selling experience leading business development efforts of Global 2000 accounts.
- Demonstrated success as a top sales producer with an annual sales portfolio of $15MM+.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of emerging technology and trends including but not limited to AI/ML/RPA, Block Chain, Cyber Security, Cloud, Agile/DevOps.
- Extensive business proposal writing skills and creativity in developing and communicating solutions.
- Must have a strong network of qualified buyers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with marketing via social media; strong presence on LinkedIn.
