Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Inputting financial data and managing spreadsheets related to expenses and credit card transactions.
  • Reconciling invoices with payments in the financial system and categorizing deposits appropriately.
  • Preparing journal entries for review and subsequent posting.
  • Supporting both internal and external audits by maintaining precise and comprehensive records to facilitate prompt responses to audit inquiries.
  • Monitoring company credit card usage across various cardholders, tracking expenditures, and providing entries for accounting software.
  • Offering assistance to the Accounting Manager and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
