Requirements:
  • Previous experience in operations management, preferably in an equipment dealership
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
  • Ability to learn and utilize our ERP system
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and initiatives
Compensation:
  • Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
