Job Summary:

USI Insurance Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to provide administrative and technical support for our operation processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to outstanding issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Requirements:
  • 1 year+ of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
