Customer Service Representative

Horace Mann is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Addison, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our educators while answering incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain 90% quality and schedule adherence.
  • Develop proficiency in Customer Service and may begin training on Agent Support after demonstrating proficiency.


Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience, required.
  • Two or more years customer service call center experience, preferred.
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
