Job Title: Bilingual Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow established communication protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide language support to customers in their native language
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in a second language (English and Spanish required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
