Key Responsibilities
  • **Project Management:** Monitor projects to ensure deliverables are met, and provide expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic views of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
  • **Budget and Forecasting:** Oversee budget and forecast, ensuring accurate financial planning and management.
  • **Leadership and Collaboration:** Provide leadership on external advocacy efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • **Strategic Direction:** Provide strategic direction and refine consolidated roadmaps of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • **Requirements Management:** Manage requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • **Communication and Stakeholder Management:** Create internal and external communication strategies, including responses to inquiries and requests for information from external parties.
  • **Team Leadership:** Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports, ensuring the development of a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 8 years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
  • **Certifications:** PMP certification, PMO experience, and experience in leading a team of project managers are preferred.
  • **Skills:** Health insurance industry experience, ability to lead and facilitate end-to-end execution activities, and polished communication skills are strongly preferred.
