POSITION SUMMARY:

Jordan Escobar - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a motivated Insurance Consultant to transform leads into long-term client partnerships. In this role, you will leverage your insurance knowledge to connect with clients, identify their needs, and advocate for products that deliver exceptional value. Working collaboratively with the agency team, you will play a key role in establishing objectives and strategies for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential leads, schedule consultations, evaluate client needs, and promote suitable products/services.
  • Assist in defining and achieving marketing goals alongside the agent.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic focused on consistent success.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients while collaborating with the agency team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in sales is preferred (e.g., outside sales, retail, telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives
  • Skilled in establishing rapport with clients
  • Must possess a Property & Casualty license
