Sales Consultant for Motorcycle Insurance

PL & Partners A/S is in search of a driven and proactive individual with exceptional organizational abilities to become a part of our insurance sales team. This team specializes in handling incoming sales inquiries related to our Motorcycle insurance offerings.
Our operational hours are Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 11pm CST, and Sunday from 8am to 7pm CST. Your willingness to work within these hours is essential for the success of our department.

New hires possessing an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License will be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus upon obtaining all necessary licenses and appointments.
This role can be performed from a remote location or may require presence in designated offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Motorcycle insurance products to achieve growth, retention, profitability, and sales targets.
- Promote our Motorcycle insurance services to potential clients.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our specific insurance offerings.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding coverage options, deductibles, and more.
- Provide timely quotes and finalize coverage for clients.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in computer operations, including the use of dual monitors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, as well as the potential for additional monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
