Auto Insurance Sales Representative

At Fred Loya Insurance, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a sales professional who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, and servicing existing policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
- Assess and apply pre-existing damage, complete accurate total loss evaluations, and negotiate agreed prices with shop decision makers.
- Review and assess the validity of all supplement requests, providing customers with information regarding their vehicles' cost of repair estimates and explaining the claims/repair process.
- Maintain accurate vehicles' cost of repair estimates and complete timely estimates, supplements, and inspections.
- Negotiate advanced fees for tow, tear down, and storage on all vehicles determined to be a financial total loss at a repair facility or tow yard.
- Adhere to our fleet policy and provide extraordinary customer service to all parties involved in the claims process.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depending on regional needs).
- Business professional attire.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
