Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets as set.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • View each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
  • Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop strong connections with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty to our products.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and objectives.

Qualifications
  • A valid Property & Casualty license is essential.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
