Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets as set.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- View each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
- Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
- Generate new business through leads and referrals.
- Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
- Develop strong connections with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty to our products.
- Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- A valid Property & Casualty license is essential.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
