We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Homes From Heidi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, navigating the local market, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust, and increasing sales volume.
  • Utilize local knowledge to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
  • Organized and manages time effectively.
  • Great communication and social skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.

We are a rapidly growing real estate team at Homes From Heidi, dedicated to helping our clients achieve their ultimate goal of a new home. Our team is known for its positive, lively, and encouraging environment, while maintaining professionalism, character, collaboration, and success.

We service mostly King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, and our office is located in Kent, WA.

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000+ based on experience.
