Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Homes From Heidi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring seamless transaction processes, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Continuously build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the community
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • Understanding of how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
