The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting unit management in the production, preparation, and cooking of high-quality food products, including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production, preparation, and cooking of food products to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Set up stations prior to service with the necessary equipment and food, as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Assist in purchasing, inventory control, and training to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and customers.
Requirements
  • Strong comprehension of food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques to prepare daily menus.
  • Background in banquet or catering production is preferred.
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations, including equipment use and personal hygiene.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move food and equipment as required.
  • Adherence to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
