Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production, preparation, and cooking of food products to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Set up stations prior to service with the necessary equipment and food, as instructed by the supervisor.
- Assist in purchasing, inventory control, and training to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and customers.
- Strong comprehension of food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques to prepare daily menus.
- Background in banquet or catering production is preferred.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations, including equipment use and personal hygiene.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move food and equipment as required.
