Position Summary:
The Vice President of Business Development will spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding our services along the US Southern border. This role involves designing comprehensive preventive health and wellness programs to safeguard individuals while providing access to round-the-clock assistance services. The VP will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new contracts with various Federal Agencies, including but not limited to HHS, DHS, and DoD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leverage company capabilities and insights to assist in forming strategic partnerships and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Utilize the company's extensive service offerings for Federal clients, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Formulate strategies with the capture pursuit team, including win themes, management solutions, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and ensure timely bid completions.
  • Employ a structured approach to lead the capture process, enhancing the probability of winning (PWIN) for targeted opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to implement strategies that enhance competitive advantages in bids.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in supporting federal clients through sales or operational roles.
  • Proven track record in capturing significant opportunities in both open markets and GWACs/IDIQs.
  • In-depth understanding of the procurement and delivery of medical services within HHS, DHS, and DoD.
  • Established network within Federal agencies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with proposal pricing methodologies and strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and contribute to successful proposal content.
