Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at M.C. Dean, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our naval systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality throughout the inspection process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections on board naval vessels, adhering to established standards and specifications.
- Utilize advanced measuring instruments and inspection techniques to evaluate the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings, including any deficiencies and necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers and Project Managers to align inspection requirements with project goals.
- Ensure all documentation related to inspections and repairs is meticulously maintained and complies with contractual obligations.
- Review and validate all quality assurance documentation to guarantee compliance with international and governmental standards.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, particularly within the naval or maritime industry.
- Familiarity with NAVSEA Standard Items, MIL-STD's, and MIL-SPEC's is essential.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to develop effective Test and Inspection Plans.
- Experience in C5ISR Installation and associated quality assurance processes is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical skills to assess quality and performance metrics effectively.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
