We are seeking a highly skilled Programming Support Specialist to join our team at QED Systems, Inc. as a QED Programming Support Specialist for a U.S. Navy contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced support using databases for Naval Aviation, Naval Surface, Ship Maintenance, Shipyards, and Ship Supply.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement modifications to the interrelation of data within programs.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain assigned programs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor program operation, identify errors, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with higher-level staff or supervisors to deliver complex programming solutions.
  • Produce interrelated but different products from diverse data elements, often from different sources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Tableau, Jupiter/Advana, and advanced programming languages (SQL, NoSQL, Python, Java, R, Scala).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in developing, modifying, and maintaining assigned programs.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience monitoring program operation and responding to errors.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on complex programs under close direction.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience providing a full range of programming actions to produce multiple products from diverse data elements.
Security Clearance and Access

U.S. citizenship is required, and a SECRET Clearance is necessary. The selected candidate must be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
