Job Summary:
The Site Operations Supervisor plays a crucial managerial role in overseeing operations at designated locations. This position involves direct supervision of a team of employees and accountability for the operational efficiency of one or more sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of hourly staff, ensuring effective scheduling and attendance tracking.
2. Organize and manage the workflow of team members, ensuring tasks align with organizational standards.
3. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
4. Ensure compliance with training requirements for all staff.
5. Develop and oversee forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for assigned locations.
6. Monitor expenditures to remain within budgetary constraints.
7. Maintain documentation related to maintenance while achieving operational goals.
8. Promote a culture of safety through regular audits and individual coaching.
9. Collaborate with clients to establish performance metrics and ensure execution.
10. Ensure all operational documentation is accurately maintained for both client and company records.
11. Uphold Metropolis's customer service standards by engaging with customers in a professional manner.
12. Address customer inquiries regarding parking services and locations.
13. Observe and mentor team members to enhance customer service quality.
14. Implement company initiatives and processes effectively.
15. Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
16. Fulfill specific operational duties as required based on location needs.
17. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
2. Previous business experience is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with scheduling and payroll processes is a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and customers.
6. Ability to identify safety issues and respond appropriately.
7. Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of all work-related information.
9. Experience working in diverse environments with sensitivity to inclusion and diversity issues.
10. Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
