As a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As an Activities Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Here's what you can expect:

About the Job:
You'll work closely with the Activities Supervisor to organize and lead recreational activities for guests. This might include movie nights, fitness classes, pool games, or other fun events. You'll also be responsible for managing activity-related areas and ensuring they meet our high standards. In addition, you'll promote and register guests for resort activities, conduct regular inspections, and manage cash handling procedures (when applicable).

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute engaging guest activity programs.
  • Supervise and assist guests in the activity center.
  • Promote and register guests for resort activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of activity areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage cash handling procedures (when applicable).
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
  • Address safety concerns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Creative and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • State driver's license and experience operating large vehicles (such as shuttles or vans).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Depending on location, certifications like Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid may be required.

Compensation:
