In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a renowned company in the travel industry. Our Company Overview is built on a passion for delivering exceptional vacation experiences to millions of travelers worldwide.
Salary: The estimated annual compensation for this role is $70,000, comprised of an hourly rate of $16.85 plus per transaction payouts and opportunities for a monthly transaction bonus.
Job Description: As a Vacation Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers who are brought in by our Marketing Department. You will conduct presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts, communicating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, listen, and share the benefits of our product while maintaining minimum performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co., and demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy environment. Additionally, you should be able to perform general computer skills and work with tablets/smart devices, overcome objections, and operate within a short, luxury sales cycle.
