Join DaVita's Team as a Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve quality improvement initiatives and clinical goals.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred.
